Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Within Canada: 7 - 10 business days

• United States: NO SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

• International: 10 - 30 business days

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. I will arrange a replacement or refund. Lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
